Please use these options if you want to book an appointment directly or want to check on your repair without having the need to call and check in. Things you can do here include:
- Book a repair appointment
- Check on the status of a repair in progress which would include:
* New (we havent started your repair yet)
* Parts on order
* Parts arrived (if you did not leave your device upon drop-off then at this point we are waiting for you to bring the device in to finalize the repair). If your order went from "parts on order" to "new" that means we are working on your device as soon as we get to it and once your order says "finished" you are more than welcome to pick it up at your convenience.
* Finished - The device has been repaired and we are waiting for you to pick-up the device.
